The sales center located at the most important corner of the city in Zhuhai which is designed with a unique folding glass facade. Crystal-shaped facade is reflecting and refracting the surrounding environment and light simultaneously. During the day time, the facade is more reflective and perceived as a solid building. Then when sky is turning dark and interior lighting turning on, the building is glowing and refracting. The facade becomes soft and transparent. This facade interact with sun, light and time, from opaque to transparent, from solid to soft, from reflective to refractive creating ever-changing appearances and perceptions of the building which makes it one of the most beautiful corners in the city.

建築像是玻璃的藝術雕塑般,坐落於基地的一隅, 建築外觀翻折的玻璃幕能映射不同時間天空與環境的光線與色澤, 形成一個變化無窮的玻璃藝術雕塑, 也能將周遭的都市紋理與路面行走的人車映射在建築的立面上, 記錄著城市的風貌,

立體的玻璃建築, 漂浮在景觀水池之上, 創造出漂浮在水面的光之雕塑的意象, 透過室內燈與顏色的變化, 在水面上形成美麗而富生命力的倒影, 讓此建築成為都市中最美麗的轉角與城市地標。
